Et si dicatur quod ille concurssus ponitur contingenter, ita etiam dicam agens naturale agere libera, quia requisita ad actionem potest non ponere.</p> <p>Item, si cognitio aliquid facit, tunc ipsa remissa voluntate tantum conaret ad actum ut prius non fiet tantus actus, ut videtur. Si ad implendum precepta requireretur caritas, sequeretur quod in casu aliquis occurente oportunitate et tempore pro quo tenetur implere preceptum nec transgrederetur ut adimpleret. Patet de illo qui caret caritate, tamen cessat ab interfectione inimici.</p> <p>Item, sequeretur quod precepta negativa supponerent affirmativa, et per consequens sicut pro semper obligatur homo ad negativa, ita ad affirmativa.</p> <p>Item, quod aliquid pro tota vita sua fuit nec implevit preceptum nec transgressus est, et per consequens numquam fuit obligatus ad implendum.
